Through the StrengthsFinder assessment, your team will learn to identify and embrace the unique strengths brought to the table by each employee and gain an understanding of the workstyles and scenarios in which they excel.

During the session, your facilitator will discuss and practice the following concepts with your group:
Where the event takes place is totally up to you â€“ most of our groups prefer to run it in an indoor venue like a large meeting space, ballroom, or office.
We typically require access to your venue for one hour for set up before the event begins, and then four hours with your group for the activity, although this is totally flexible.
And like nearly all of our team building activities, this event is completely scalable for groups of any size.
Building Strategic Teams with StrengthsFinder is one of many half-day training programs available in Conway. Your on-site facilitator will bring to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and be there to guide your group through the different sections of the training. Pricing ranges from $6,300 to $8,000 plus venue expenses for half-day sessions, and $8,000 to $10,000 plus venue expenses for two consecutive half-day sessions, over one or two days. Your sessions can be with the same team or two different groups, and they can cover one or more topics.
Typical group sizes are between 10 and 30 people, however, in the past our team has facilitated sessions for groups as small as four, and as large as 100.
